Multi-talented entrepreneur who's passionate about inspiring others to grow in business. My entrepreneurship journey started over 20 years ago as a real estate investor. After purchasing my first house and collecting passive income each month, I was hooked!

Today, I enjoy mentoring and coaching entrepreneurs about online business strategies, real estate, and business funding. I also love to create educational videos and workshops that help entrepreneurs Level Up in Business. My favorite way of connecting with entrepreneurs and small business owners is through social media platforms and YouTube. What do others say about me? After a successful real estate career and Covid, I realized I had a passion for sharing knowledge with people and communicating it online. The boredom of the stay home order during the beginning of Covid turned me into a Tik Tok fanatic. It really got my creative juices flowing. Today, I am a full time business coach and consultant. Sharing my real estate, investing, business, and funding tips through virtual online classes is empowering.

Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization

Helping Single Mothers

In 2019 Catina officially launched a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) called Next Level Detroit. Our mission is to provide resources, support, and affordable housing to single mothers in need. A big portion of support we provide are workshops and real estate education.

Additionally, recently added teens 12-16 to our mission. We want to educate them about real estate and financial literacy before they are an adult. Feel free to support our mission or learn more.
